The purpose of the New Neighbors Committee is to greet and welcome new neighbors into our neighborhood and answer questions concerning the  No. 6 community, Pinehurst, and to provide information about the No. 6  Property Homeowners Association (POA No.6).

If you are new to the No. 6 community, call us or click here to fill out a form requesting that a member of the New Neighbor Committee schedule an appointment to greet you and deliver the information package.

If you are a POA No. 6 member, please submit this form or call one of the co-chairs if you know of a new neighbor or see a moving van. The only thing we need is an address of the new neighbor. We will go and introduce ourselves and see if they would like to have one of our greeters meet with them at what would be a convenient time and date. We have found that many of our residents are only here part-time so scheduling a visit is necessary.  

Information Package
Our package contains valuable information about POA No. 6 and Pinehurst as well as the surrounding area. We have found that our new neighbors have many questions about the POA, recycling and trash pickup, Pinehurst Village regulations, local companies, shopping, etc. To help answer these types of questions, we have prepared a Newcomers Package that includes things such as:

When the new neighbor joins POA No. 6 they will receive a membership directory which is currently updated each June. 

We encourage all new POA No. 6 members to provide their email address so they can receive a copy of our weekly eNewsletter, The eCaddie, as well as have access to the restricted areas of this website.
